Yes, we offer same day delivery (if order is made prior to 12pm, Mon-Sat) delivery to all Melbourne Metro suburbs.
Do you offer free delivery?
Our free zone is within the 20km radius of Jells Rd, Wheelers Hill. Delivery rates apply beyond this free zone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and offer payment through PayPal and other online payment platforms for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
For event and wedding orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Do you offer vase rentals?
Yes, we offer vase rentals for events and weddings for an additional fee, to complement our exquisite floral arrangements. Please contact us for more information.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our fresh flower arrangements. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know, and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
